Single-family home
sales saw a year-over-year increase of 12%, with the median sales price showing a nominal rise of 0.4%, reaching $1,125,000. However, the median days on market increased to 24 days, up from 15 days in June 2024.

Condo/townhome
sales also saw a slight increase of 0.8%, although the median condo price dipped by 3.8%. Condo units remained on the market for a median of 40 days, two weeks longer than the previous year.
- Active listings for both markets grew significantly.
Single-family home listings rose by 31.9% to 861, andcondo listings increased by 47.0% to 2,542 compared to June 2024.
Trevor Benn, President of the Honolulu Board of REALTORS, noted that the increasing
