Twenty-eight years later, Ann returned to Hawaii for good. It came about while she was visiting friends here. As she sat on Kailua Beach (this year named the best beach in the world)-while a February snowstorm raged back home in Washington D.C.-she told herself, “There’s no reason I can’t move here.” Several months later she did. From Washington D.C. Ann brought eight years of experience as a successful full-time Realtor®. She has been able to transfer her extensive real estate knowledge into the unique lifestyle she found here in the islands.
