Born and raised in Kailua Mike has a long history in Oahu’s Real Estate market.  The Dilks family name is synonymous with all aspects of Real Estate including ownership and management of commercial, multi-family and residential Real Estate.  Mike’s family founded one of Oahu’s original luxury brokerages, Dilks and Jacobs, in 1979.

Mike returned to Lanikai after graduating from College in Carmel California and has been a full-time Realtor since 2003.  Mike and his wife Allison, an interior designer, often work together to best market properties. They have the pleasure of raising their young son and daughter on the water in Lanikai where Mike grew up.
